Conclusion of a lodging contract

1.1) The guest’s booking (in written or oral form, phone, fax, email, internet etc.) is the offer for conclusion of a binding lodging contract of the guest for the hotel or residenz.

1.2) The lodging contract with the hotel/residenz is signed in the moment of the reservation confirmation, which will be submitted.

1.3) The booking and registration of all mentioned participants/travellers takes place through the guest. In this respect, he sticks for the fulfilment of the lodging contract for all booked rooms or participants.

1.4) Even if there is no time for a confirmation of the lodging contract, it still reached in case the hotel keeper or landlord provides the room or holiday apartment.


2 Cancellation/Withdrawal

2.1) The signing of the lodging contract binds the contractual partners to the fulfilment of the contract, indifferent, on which duration the contract is concluded.

2.2) In case the lodging contract is cancelled or withdrawn by the guest, the hotel keeper or landlord has the right to receive the payment of the agreed price, minus the so called saved expenses.

2.3) After experience, the savings (in percentage of the total price) amount to:

- in case of an overnight stay with breakfast: 20 %
- in case of half board: 30 %
- in case of American plan: 40 %
- in case of a holiday apartment: 15%

2.4) The hotel keeper/landlord must try to rent out the booked room/apartment again. This happens in particular through an announcement of vacancy at the tourist-information.

2.5) It is recommended to send the cancellation or withdrawal in written form directly to the lodging business.

2.6) The payment has to be carried out directly at the lodging business.


4 Liability of the lodging business

The hotel keeper/landlord is liable if the booked room/apartment is not available (e.g. due to overbooking) with the arrival of the guest.
